1. Acceptance
By accessing bestgamingofworld, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to the English site and to the Polish mirror under /pl/. Using the Squad Builder, match simulation, newsletter forms, or support inbox is also use of the platform.
2. Service description
The platform provides football editorial content, independent ratings, a browser-based Squad Builder, and entertainment simulations. Features may change without notice. We may add formations, retire a rating window, or adjust copy when the editorial model is updated. Nothing on the site is a live betting feed, a licensed fantasy operator, or an official club or league product.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must use the platform lawfully. Do not disrupt services, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at harmful scale, impersonate others, or introduce malicious code. Limited quotation for commentary is fine; wholesale reproduction of the news files or builder logic is not.
5. Simulations and ratings
Ratings and simulated results are independent editorial outputs. They are not official, guaranteed, or intended for betting, investment, or professional selection decisions. A high rating is not a promise of minutes, a transfer, or a win in the simulation. A low rating is not a personal attack. Treat both as model snapshots for readers and squad-building play.
6. No gambling service
bestgamingofworld does not take stakes, settle bets, or hold player funds. Payment badges in the footer describe methods the operator may use for future membership billing if that product launches; they are not an invitation to wager on matches. Anything you do with third-party bookmakers after reading an article is outside these Terms.
7. Accounts, early access, and forms

10. Third-party sites
Links to social networks, clubs, or other publishers are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or availability. If a third-party page is inaccurate or goes offline, that does not breach these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
We may block access, discard abusive form submissions, or take a page offline if use threatens security, legal compliance, or other readers. You may stop using the site at any time. Clearing cookies and local storage ends the local Squad Builder record on that browser.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence, including Poland where those rules cannot be contracted away. Courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, again without limiting any non-waivable right to sue in your home forum.
13. Severability
If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force. A failure to enforce a right once is not a waiver of that right later. Headings are for reading convenience only and do not change the meaning of a clause.
